Kayla Bramnick (IE ’11) leads educational series about Israel for group of kids from 7-15 year old

For the last two months, Kayla has been teaching a group of 20 kids from the ages of 7-15 about the history of the Jewish people. Kayla discussed the stories of Abraham, Isaac and Ishmael, the holocaust, anti-Semitism, and terrorism. When she showed her students a world map and asked them to find Israel, they were stunned when they compared the size of the Jewish State and the rest of the Muslim world. Before Kayla had a chance to say another word, her students bombarded her with the question, “What can we do about it?” As a result, these students had a prayer meeting to pray for the peace of Israel. Kayla will follow up with them on other action they can take on behalf of Israel.
